Speak to them and they offer me an ok deal for £27 and HTC Hero. Let me check out the phone first I say, then I call them back to sign away another 18 months. But no. Apparently the deal they offered me was so ridiculously great that they are not sure if they can actually do it or not. I am waiting for the "call back" to confirm. They are not retaining me very well. I'll give them another hour before I cancel for good and move over to 02!
